Several organizations provide patients and families experiencing immunodeficiencies with extensive support, advocacy and education. These include:
- The Immune Deficiency Foundation, which provides education and support to families affected by primary immunodeficiencies
- The Jeffrey Modell Foundation, which strives to improve the prompt and accurate diagnosis of primary immunodeficiencies
- The Clinical Immunology Society, which fosters developments in the science and practice of clinical immunology
- The Histiocytosis Association of America, which provides education and support to families affected by histiocytic disorders, including HLH and LCH
- HLH Support, a website dedicated to supporting and helping make sense of an HLH diagnosis
- Primary Immunodeficiency, A publication from the National Institutes of Health designed to make PIs easier to recognize, and to cope with, by making them more familiar. It describes how these diseases arise, how they affect health, and how they can be treated.
